Our lives have never been this comfortable. And yet we are unhealthy, disconnected, unmotivated, never really present.

Join us on this reconnection journey where we will experience life in a more ancestrally appropriate way. Far away from light pollution and human civilization, in a stunning landscape of remote Swedish mountains, we will spend a week together in the wilderness. You will learn all about how we can adjust our ways to match our evolutionary blueprint, so we can truly thrive as humans.
Circadian health
We are only just beginning to understand the importance of light to our health. Our bodies need to be able to tell the time of day and the time of year for it to function properly. And in this world of LED lights and screens, it simply cannot.
This does not only affect our quality of sleep, but also metabolism, hormone balance, gut health, mental health and much more. Blue light is now classified as a known carcinogen.
Living without artificial light is almost impossible in the western world today. We have grown so accustomed to artificial lighting that most of us can’t even imagine what life would be like without it.
And I can tell you: if your body receives the appropriate light information, it will enter a state of vibrant energy, deep peace and restoration. It will be not only a physical experience, but also one that is deeply nourishing for the soul.
Nourishing carnivore food
Many have extraordinary experiences improving or curing all kinds of ailments and diseases with the carnivore diet. And for good reason: the carnivore diet is basically just ancestrally appropriate eating. It matches our evolutionary blueprint. This will lower inflammation, reset your metabolism and nourish your body on a deep level.
Local beef, reindeer, moose and wild caught fish will form the basis of our diet. Whether you are a hardcore carnivore already, or still on a standard western diet: together we will determine your needs and goals and adjust the diet accordingly. I will help you to make a smooth transition to a true ancestral diet that works for you.
As a health coach I have specialized for many years in the relationship between food and mental health issues in both adults and children. If this is something you struggle with, know that in most cases there is a simple solution and that I can help you with it.
Other factors
A week without screens: this retreat will be a dopamine detox as well. You will gain valuable insights into what actually happens in our brains, in this world of instant gratification, and learn strategies to keep yourself feeling alive and motivated. Did you know, for example, that modern lighting also primes our dopamine reward system for addiction?
Also, our senses are designed to process only natural impressions. The straight lines and unnatural materials and sounds of the modern world constantly activate our stress response: our bodies are alert ALL the time. When nourished with natural impressions, the parasympathetic (calming) nervous system is activated, and it is only then that our can body begin to fully relax and repair on a deeper level.
Ancestrally appropriate living and the beautiful scenery will bring our entire system in its natural state. You will experience a deep sense of fulfillment and connection and vibrant health and energy. The goal is to fully experience this, reset our bodies, and gain knowledge and tools on how to best implement this in our daily lives.
