What will you do in a day?
*A lot of ‘real life stuff’: haul firewood, get water from the lake, keep the ice hole open, keep the fire going, catch fish or prepare food.
*Take several trips on backcountry ski’s and explore the stunning nature (ski’s provided). If the weather permits, we might head out for an overnight expedition. Don’t worry if you’ve never done it before, the skiing will be suitable for all levels.
*Explore tracks and meet reindeer, moose and other wildlife. Maybe even lynx or wolverine!
*Go ice fishing.
*Have a wood-fired sauna session.
*Ice bathing/cold training
*Lots of down time for relaxation or creativity. Reflective writing, spoon carving, handicrafts, or reading by candlelight..
*Watch the sunrise & sunset
*Watch the stars and hopefully northern lights!
*Learn about quantum biology, circadian health and more. Learn strategies for implementing this knowledge in daily life.
*Sit around the hearth and philosophize about how life is meant to be… share valuable knowledge and insights together.

The first and last date are arrival and departure dates. We are flexible, should you need an extra night please contact us.
You can have your own bed in one of the rooms in the main house (shared room), or in one of the adjacent buildings (more private, but minimally heated).
The toilet is an outhouse.
